The Sapphire is surrounded by a row of small grain set Brilliant Cut Diamonds with a mill grain edge. Each shoulder is further set with Brilliant Cut Diamonds with a mill grain border. 

The central Sapphire is estimated to weigh 0.55 Carat. The Brilliant Cut Diamonds  total approximately 0.30 Carat. VS Clarity and G Colour.
